Financial Analysis
Quantum performs the following services to ensure that clients are operating under the most advantageous financial conditions. This ensures that benefit dollars and service expectations are maximized.

Review current plan design
Evaluate current contribution strategies and analyze alternatives
Periodic and planned claims experience reviews
Analyze large claim information and their effect upon costs
Analyze medical trend factors to ascertain appropriateness
Analyze stop loss and/or pooling charges for competitiveness and adequacy (as applicable)

Identity Theft Resolution Services
This is not insurance. It is purely a resolution service that allows employees to return to work while a personal advocate spends as many hours as it takes to restore one’s identity (in many cases 100+). It is an extremely affordable program. For Large Employers, (1000+) annual cost per employee & spouse ranges from $15 to $45. Individual products on the market sell for $100 to $155 per year per person.

The program for large employer groups also includes:

24/7 dedicated toll free line – answered: “XYZ Company” ID theft resolution services…”
Monthly self billing
Simple enrollment – Employee name and company ID number only
Co-branded web site and marketing materials
Monthly call and activity reports

This is a low cost benefit that will have a big impact on an employee’s perception of their company. Additionally, companies that implement this program limit their liability in the event of a security breach; i.e. stolen laptop with sensitive employee information on it. The FTC requires employers to take action such as placing fraud alerts on affected employees’ credit reports. Our Identity Theft product takes care of that.
